If the result of a market cannot be officially verified, we reserve the right to delay settlement until official confirmation;
If markets were offered when the result was already known, we reserve the right to cancel any bets;

Betting markets
The yellow card counts as 1 card and the red or yellow-red card as 2. The 2nd yellow for a player leading to a red yellow card is not counted. As a result, a player cannot receive more than 3 cards.
Settlement will be made according to all available evidence of cards shown during normal 90 minute play.
Cards shown after the match are not considered.

Points Betting Market
The yellow card counts as 10 points and the red-yellow ones as 25.
The 2nd yellow for a player leading to a red card, then yellow is not counted. As a result, a player cannot place more than 35 bet points.

Own goal: if the goal is declared as an own goal.
Head: the player’s last touch must be with the head
Shots on target: The goal must be with any part of the body other than the head. Other types do not apply.

In case the drive ends before the respective game number is reached, all markets for the respective game will be considered void. This includes punts and field goals.
Field goal yards will not count towards the total yards gained in a play.
A touchdown is considered a first down only when the offense manages to score in this way.
Horse Racing / Racebook
InstaBET pays odds for each race based on the racetrack limits as specified in our maximum payout rules.

Markets for faster turnaround

If all competitors (which are reflected as dedicated selections) retire on the same lap, the market will be void.
Markets will be considered void if one of the riders retires during or before the formation lap.
Overtaking markets
An overtaking must be held until the end of the lap to be considered for settlement purposes.
Overtaking on the first lap is not considered for settlement purposes.
The overtaking of a specific driver on the same lap when entering or leaving the pit is not considered for settlement purposes.
Overtaking a car being withdrawn or leaving is not considered for settlement purposes.
Lapidating and unlocking is not considered overtaking.
